Rob Pearce Health & Fitness Solutions aim to help you to achieve your desired goals however we can. Rob offers one-to-one personal training from a fully air-conditioned gym in Marlow Buckinghamshire. He also offers personal training in the comfort of your own home (depending on distance). He is also availabe as a consultant to write periodized programs for those who have the motivation but feel they need a little direction to achieve their goals.

What is CHEK?

CHEK stands for Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology. The CHEK Institute is based in San Diego, California and was founded by Paul Chek. The institute provides education and training to many health and fitness professionals throughout the world from personal trainers like myself, to massage therapists and chiropracters.
